There's
more to krill dishes that just being a new dish on your table. Krill
may be tiny but the nutrients they contain may just be the nutrients
you need to combat some of the deadliest illnesses and prolong your
life. The next few paragraphs explain why you should incorporate
krill-based products in your diet.
Omega-3
Fatty Acids
The
body needs Omega-3 fatty acids in order to function properly, because
an important aspect of the body’s growth process is influenced by
the presence of this substance. Unfortunately, Omega-3 isn't
naturally produced by the body, which means you have to get it from
the food you eat. Krill is rich in this essential nutrient, that’s
why many experts recommend eating more of it.
Antioxidants
Your
body can contain so much harmful toxins due to wrong diet, lack of
exercise, inadequate body cleansing efforts, etc. The good news is
you can offset these by eating foods that are rich in antioxidants
like krill. The advantage of having an ample amount of antioxidants
in your body is that you’ll be able to boost you immune system and
become virtually impervious to illness.
Pain-killer
The
nutrients found in krill will not relieve pain created by wound so
you cannot use it as an anesthetic. However, studies show that they
can relieve arthritis pain, which is extremely common in old people.
Imagine how many people suffering from arthritis will have a more
comfortable sleep if they add krill to their diet.
